If you’re not completely satisfied after using our Glimmr™ Hair Mask, please send us an email at email@example.com to initiate your return. We can send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the items for a small fee of $7.50. This amount will be deducted from your final refund. If you prefer to ship the items back with a carrier of your choice, we kindly ask that you provide us with the tracking information once it has shipped.
Once your return is received, our team will inspect your item and send you an email to notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to the card used as the original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you don’t receive your refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. Contact your bank next if you still have not received your refund.
